A launch studio for unlaunched side projects

Go to market
in days, not months.

You build a lot and launch little — not because the idea's weak, but because Stripe, DNS, analytics, and email eat the weeks you don't have. Submit one project. If we pick it, it's live on our harness in days, and we operate its growth. You build. We launch. You earn.

Free assessment · pay flat or share a cut — never in ownership.

Building is solved. Launching isn't.

AI made shipping code nearly free, so the world is filling up with finished-but-unlaunched products. The bottleneck moved to the boring parts — payments, domains, analytics, email, growth — the error-prone plumbing that keeps good work stuck in a tab.

That's the part we industrialized. One harness, every launch, days to live.

The honest question
Why would you hand a stranger your idea?

Because we don't profit from owning it. We profit from operating it. On the rev-share tier we take a cut of revenue — the only way we win is if your product actually earns. We're a partner with skin in the game, not a clone factory.

You pay in cash or a revenue cut — never in ownership. A small slice of something beats 100% of an idea rotting in a tab.
How it works
From a tab to a paying product

You do the first 60 seconds. We do the rest — and we do it fast.

01

Submit

An idea, an MVP, or a half-dead repo. One link, 60 seconds. No deck, no setup.

Your move
02

Assess

An honest teardown, free: what it is, what's missing to launch, and a hedged read on what it could earn.

We handle it
03

Launch

Your core grafted onto our harness, verified, then live — cost-capped, in days.

We handle it
04

Earn

We run payments, analytics and growth on our stack. You watch it earn. Kill anytime.

We handle it

There are six stages under the hood — score, rank and a real human's yes-or-no sit between assess and launch. See the full process →

What "fast" actually means
The same launch, two timelines

The work doesn't disappear. We've just done the slow, fiddly parts a hundred times — so they take hours, not weeks.

On your own

weeks → months
typical: 6–14 weeks, most of it not the fun part
  • Wk 1–2Wire Stripe, taxes, webhooksand re-test every edge case
  • Wk 2–3Auth, accounts, password resetthe stuff nobody demos
  • Wk 3–5Domain, DNS, deploy, email deliverabilitySPF, DKIM, the dark arts
  • Wk 5–8Analytics, a landing page, copythat you keep meaning to write
  • Wk 8+Growth — if you still have the energymost projects die right here

You bring the idea. We bring the machine.

Every launch rides the same pre-built rails. The boring, fiddly, error-prone plumbing that keeps your ideas stuck in tabs — we've already built it, once, so it just works every time. That's why "in days" is a promise and not a stretch.

Why builders pick us
The only thing you risk is the idea you weren't going to launch anyway
$0 → live

Your unlaunched idea earns you exactly nothing today. We turn it into something real, fast — and you keep most of the upside.

We're selective

We only take what we believe can earn. We're betting our build time on you. Getting a yes from us means something.

Zero grind

No Stripe wiring, no deploy, no DNS, no analytics setup. You did the fun part. We do the part you hate — and the part that's slow.

Not an agency. Not an incubator.

Before you ask
The questions every builder asks
Do you take ownership of my project? +
No — never. You pay in cash (flat tier) or a revenue cut (rev-share), and you keep ownership of the idea and the code. We profit from operating, not owning. You can kill the launch or port everything out at any time.
What does "in days" actually mean? +
From a yes, a typical launch is live in roughly 3–5 days — your core grafted onto our harness, verified, with payments, a domain, email and analytics on. It's fast because the slow parts are pre-built, not because we cut corners. Complex projects take longer; we'll tell you up front.
What do you actually need from me? +
One link and 60 seconds to submit. After that, your only job is to pick the one you want us to run with. We may ask a couple of questions during the build, but there's no deck, no standups, no quitting your job.
What if you say no? +
You get an honest no with the why — specific reasons, not a form letter. The assessment is free either way, and you keep the teardown. We only say yes to what we believe can earn, because on rev-share we eat the build cost.
Will my product really make money? +
We can't promise that, and we won't. Any earnings figure we show is a hedged range, labelled as a placeholder. What we can say: a launched product can earn; an idea in a tab can't. We only get paid on rev-share if it works.
Is this an agency, an incubator, or what? +
A launch studio. Agencies bill hours; incubators take equity; marketplaces make you sell. We do none of those — we pick projects, launch them on our machine, and operate their growth, paid on outcome.

There's a project rotting in a tab right now.

Submit it in 60 seconds. If we pick it, it's live in days.
