If you want to keep 100% of revenue and can carry a monthly fee, go flat. If you'd rather pay nothing upfront and share the upside, go rev-share — we eat the build cost and only earn when you do. We'll talk it through before anything's signed.
What counts as "build cost" for the ~4× recoup? +
The build cost is what it takes us to get your project live on the harness. Our rev-share cut steps down from ~30% to ~10% once we've recouped roughly 4× that cost. Exact figures are placeholders and get fixed per-deal, in writing.
Why are the numbers all "~" and "placeholder"? +
Because they're not final yet, and we'd rather say so than fake precision. We're locking pricing with the first cohort. Whatever we sign supersedes anything on this page.
What if I want to leave? +
